Learn about the sourdough starter and how to maintain it. You will prepare the cultured dough in class. After mastering the dough, you will take it and bake your own sourdough bread at home to share with your family and friends. Also includes a live culture, step-by-step guide and recipes that will help you to bake waffles,“wielietjie” broodjies, wraps, pizza dough and more.
Light lunch including sourdough sandwiches and waffles for dessert. Guests may bring alcoholic beverages to drink. Coffee, tea and juice will be provided.
