Introducing Willie from Taste Cafe hosting his Flavours of Morocco Cooking Class in our beautiful cooking studio.
An evening filled with mint infused iced tea, dunk chunks of flat breads in zaalouk, hummus and harirra chiken liver pate. We hosted 8 people and they made the most amazing dishes from Willie’s recipes which included:
- Chicken and Fig Kebabs cooking in a Tagine
- Jewelled Taboulleh
- Butternut Pastilla
- Tahini Yoghurt
