HearX Group Sourdough Workshop
We recently had the pleasure of hosting a captivating sourdough cooking class at our esteemed cooking studio nestled in the heart of Pretoria East with the HearX Group.
As the morning sun filtered through the large windows, filling the studio with a warm, inviting glow, a group of enthusiastic food lovers from HearX Group gathered to embark on a journey of culinary discovery. Our experienced chef and owner, Nelie Rheeder, passionately guided the participants through the intricate art of sourdough bread-making. With flour-dusted hands and infectious laughter filling the air, the class delved into the fascinating world of starter cultures, kneading techniques, and the alchemy of fermentation. As the aroma of freshly baked sourdough filled the room, a sense of camaraderie flourished among the attendees, making it not only a memorable educational experience but also a delightful community gathering celebrating the magic of homemade bread.
